1. Exploratory Conversation

Based on our initial conversation, we'll provide a tailored proposal outlining how our 3P framework can help you achieve your revenue, margin, growth and sales team goals. This proposal includes a quote for our in-depth Discovery stage.

2. Discovery Proposal

Over approximately one month, we conduct a deep dive into your business. We assess your team's strengths and weaknesses, analyze your current processes, and develop a customized plan with specific recommendations to achieve your goals. This stage concludes with a detailed Implementation Project plan and associated costs.  

3. Discovery Project

This is where the rubber meets the road. Over several months, we work closely with your team to implement the strategies and projects outlined in the Discovery stage. We're there every step of the way, ensuring a smooth execution and adoption. 

4. Implementation Project

Our partnership doesn't end with implementation. We provide regular check-ins, coaching sessions, and performance monitoring to ensure continued success. We'll be there to help you navigate challenges and capitalize on new opportunities as your business evolves.
